Trish Murphy

CXS Manager - Managed Services & Call Centre

Meet Trish, the fearless leader of our Managed Services team! Trish started her gaming journey mastering hotel management, before diving into the world of systems as a systems trainer for EBET followed by Training Co-ordinator for Banktech. Over the last 4 years Trish has been the heart driving the transformation and expansion of Managed Services. When she’s not busy leading us to victory, you’ll find Trish at the gym chasing her next PB!

Jo Hunter

Customer Success Consultant

Jo is our gaming expert, with a resume spanning over 30 years in the industry. In her 12 years at Campsie RSL Group, most recently as Group Gaming Manager, Jo led key initiatives in systems, loyalty, compliance, and team culture. As a gaming systems enthusiast, Jo has also held roles with Ebet and IGT, not to mention a stint with DMS in Venue Support. In her personal life you might find Jo walking her Aussie Bulldog or seeing where the YouTube algorithm takes her. Jo brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and she’s ready to assist on your journey to the next level.

Nancy Muir

Customer Success Consultant

Nancy’s passion for the gaming world started working at South Sydney Juniors before moving to St George Leagues Club as Gaming Analyst. Most recently, as Gaming Operations Manager at Norths Collective, Nancy played a pivotal role in navigating the complexity of balancing customer engagement with harm minimisation. With her academic excellence and diverse in-venue experience, Nancy brings an innovative approach to gaming strategy. Outside of work you’ll find Nancy travelling the coast in her renovated van!

Cameron D'Costa

Gaming Analyst

Our go-to numbers guy with a knack for turning data into actionable insights. Previously serving as a Gaming Analyst at CHRG, Cameron gained a deep understanding of the gaming industry. He is currently completing his Masters of Analytics at UNSW, ensuring he's always at the cutting edge of data science. Outside of his professional life, Cameron brings the same dedication to the world of bodybuilding. Whether he's crunching numbers or training for a competition, Cameron delivers outstanding results.

Kaitlin Galea

Senior Multimedia Designer

As the creative backbone of our team, Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Digital Design specialising in animation and 3D design, she boasts over 6 years of experience both in-house and freelance. From motion graphics and video editing to UX design, she’s done it all. As our graphic design guru, Kaitlin brings your visions to life with unmatched creativity. When she's not crafting our visual masterpieces, she’s working on her own arts and craft projects or spend time with her friends!

Ming Liu

Multimedia Designer

Meet Ming, our talented Graphic Designer with over 5 years experience in the industry! With a Bachelor's degree in Visual communication designs from UTS, Ming is our go-to for creating visual presentations and unique design assets. Ming is highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and is our PowerPoint Pro, helping bring mundane presentations to life. Ming is a coffee connoisseur, so you’ll always find her with an iced long black while she’s busy working on your next design!

John Anonat

Graphic Designer

Armed with a Diploma of Design and Visual Communication, John previously honed his skills at Global Signs before joining our team. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, he brings a fun yet professional outlook to his creations and stays up-to-date with all industry trends. In his spare time, you’ll find him shooting 3’s on the basketball court!
